How do I book a shoot?

Easy! Just click the button on the Booking page to choose your shoot day and time.  You can  book your appointment as well as pay your deposit online.  Be sure to register completely with your first and last name, email address, and a contact number where you can be reached.  You will receive appointment reminders and will be contacted by our staff to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.


What are your prices?

Prices will vary depending on specific needs.  We have packages to fit any budget, it just depends on what you want. The average shoot starts at $150 for outside shoots and $300 in our studio. How do you take payments?

We accept all forms of payment including Zelle, Venmo, Ca$hApp ($AshfordArt), Paypal (ashfordphotoart@gmail.com), Credit or Debit Cards, and cash.  If you do not have a card to book online and pay your deposit, you can contact us and drop off at our studio. 501 N 13th Ave.


Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes. Your appointment is not officially booked until the deposit is paid. All deposits are listed in the package descriptions. Some sessions require payment in full. All remaining balances are due on the day of your shoot. Deposits are non-refundable, so if you cancel your appointment at any time, you are not entitled to a refund. However we will work with reschedules as best we can (depending on our schedule).


What if I need to reschedule?

Can’t make your appointment? No problem. Call us and we will set up a new date and time. No last minute reschedules, please let us know at least 3 days prior to your shoot (if there is an emergency and you are unable to reschedule, we understand).  There is also a $50 rescheduling fee. Reschedules must be set within 30 days of the original shoot date. No 2nd Reschedule! If you are unable to make the rescheduled appointment for any reason, you will have to book again (Your original shoot will be canceled and your deposit forfeited..)  If you fail to give advance notice for any reason, HALF the remaining balance of your shoot will be due immediately upon rescheduling. *Wedding dates cannot be rescheduled without forfeiting the initial deposit.

**No Call-No Shows will not be able to book again.


Cancellation Policy

If you can’t reschedule and have no choice but to cancel, we understand. However your deposit cannot be refunded. For no-shows or cancellations less than a week in advance, your card on file will automatically be charged 25% of the remaining balance. 


Privacy Policy

We normally post the photos we take online as a means to advertise and generate more business.  If you do not want your photos posted to social media, please let us know beforehand if you would like to add Privacy.  There is a $150 fee for private shoots.  Also, if you need us to wait to post until a specifed date (with the exceptions of birthdays and anniversaries), there is a $50 fee.


When do I get my pictures/video?

The entire process (for photos) from start to finish takes about 7 days, sometimes sooner, depending on queue, but no more than a week.  If you need your photos back faster than that, we have 48 Hr Rush Service available ($50).  24 Hr Rush Service is $100.  Videos average a 30 day turnaround, depending on complexity. For weddings/special events please allow up to 3 months for photos/video, depending on our queue.  Rush service on wedding photos is $250 (2 week turnover). We work as hard and as fast as we can to get all of our clients’ projects back to them in a timely manner.


Can I get prints?

We offer high-quality studio prints using premium 5-star quality photo paper, printed with pigment ink so that it will never fade.  As a matter fact, we give a lifetime guarantee on all of our prints.  Please Note: The price of your photoshoot (sitting fee) does NOT include printing. If you would like prints, those are extra. Once we take your photographs, you will receive your pictures via email. You can also order prints direct from your gallery once we send you a link. Most of our packages come with print release, so you can download your photos from your gallery and print them yourself!
